John Trent

John retired after 20+ years of service in the U.S. Army as a Green Beret and has returned to his roots in home construction. He grew up working in the family roofing business in CA. This hands-on experience, combined with a lifetime of discipline, teamwork, and problem-solving skills honed in the military, has shaped his approach to work and community.

When not on the job, you’ll likely find John out enjoying all Utah has to offer— snowboarding in the winter, mountain biking in the summer, or coaching his kid's soccer games.

August Wachter

August Wachter is a dedicated community leader and entrepreneur based in Salt Lake City.

As long as he can remember he has loved to solve problems and serve others. His Grandfather was a carpenter and he has spent a good portion of his life learning how things are built and solving the intricate problems building creates.

August is also the proud owner of Auggies Doggies Adventures, a beloved dog training and pet sitting business serving the needs of pets and their owners throughout the Salt Lake Valley for the last 17 years.

Service has been at the heart of who he is and as the President of Foothill Youth Baseball Association, August is deeply committed to fostering youth sports and creating opportunities for local kids to build teamwork, discipline, and confidence on and off the field.

Whether coaching kids, caring for pets, or supporting local causes, August focuses on solving problems and giving back, strengthening the connections that make Salt Lake City a great place to live and work. It is with these strengths he will help others by bringing their homes back to their original state.
